As soon as we decided to pull the trigger, he worked with us day and night and kept the phone line open for us at any time of the day. He went out of his way to pioneer the process for the assumable loan with us. From time to time we would call and have a makeshift group huddle to decide on what the best possible game plan was on moving forward with the admin requirements. With plenty of attention to detail and strong communication, we eventually got the guarantee to purchase a home and today my wife and daughter live comfortably in the neighborhood that we so desperately wanted to stay in without exorbitant costs. I am not one to take most realtors kindly, but his grounded and realistic personality and knowledge throughout The real estate industry, our family sincerely owes our home and peace to his devotion to his job.
